Resetting allows you to reset your level and redistribute new stat points. Below is a quick guide and requirements.
Steps
- Reach level 400.
- No need to remove your equipment - the reset happens automatically.
- Prepare the required amount of Zen to pay for the reset.
- After the reset, previous stats are cleared, and new base points are added (see the table).
- Enter the in-game command to perform the reset.
- Done - redistribute your new points as needed. Tip: Before resetting, free up some space in your inventory and turn off Mu Helper to avoid accidental actions during reconnection. Important: Do not trade or change locations during the reset process.

Special Requirements
Important: For resets at milestones 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100, a special item is required - Reset Stone.Location: Sanctum of Stone. The stone may drop from regular monsters or from the boss Reset Master. You can access this area via the NPC in Lorencia (131, 121).
Tip: To stay in the area, you’ll need Scrap MuEurope, obtainable from certain bosses or by recycling Excellent items in the Chaos Machine. Duration - 1 Scrap MuEurope = 10 minutes.FAQ
- Do I need to exit the game?
No, the command is executed directly in-game. The client may prompt you to
reconnect if needed.
- Are quests reset?
No, quest progress is saved (unless otherwise specified in the server rules).
