Rules

If you register on our Website or perform any other actions, you agree to these terms.

This server is very old and hardcore version, so please do not complain to admins about rates, drops or other non bug related problems. Multiple occasions will cause you permanent ban!

Definitions

  • Website - muonline.global, including subdomains and related resources.
  • MuOnline.global - the private multiplayer online server based on the "MU Online" game.
  • User - any individual who uses the Website and/or the MuOnline Global Project.
  • MuOnline Team - the administration of the MuOnline.global website and game project.

Acceptance of the Terms of Use

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between the MuOnline Global Team and you, the User. By using any services provided by the MuOnline Global Project or by creating an account, you unconditionally accept this Agreement.

The MuOnline Global Team may update this Agreement at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review it regularly.

Terms of the Agreement

MuOnline Global Team may restrict or revoke access at any time. Violations may result in loss of access and no compensation for purchased items or services.

Terms of Use

MuOnline Global Project is not affiliated with WebZen. It is a community-operated, non-commercial server. All accounts and content remain the property of MuOnline Global.

User Responsibilities

Ensure that use of such services is legal in your location. You are responsible for your actions on the Website and within the game.

Liability Limitation

The MuOnline Global Team shall not be liable for any damages or losses. Users agree to use the services at their own risk.

Virtual Currency and Services

Purchases are only available to those of legal age. All virtual items are non-refundable and remain under MuOnline Global control.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content belongs to the MuOnline Global Project and its owners. No rights are transferred to the User without written permission.

General Information

Services are provided 24/7. Donations are voluntary. The game is not a gambling platform.

Agreement Terms

Disagreeing with any part of the Agreement means you may not use the service. These rules apply to all Users.

Account, Password, and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Selling accounts or in-game assets is prohibited.

Final Provision

This Agreement overrides all previous agreements between you and the MuOnline Global Project regarding usage of the service.

By purchasing virtual credits or items on muonline.global, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy:

 

1. Non-Refundable Purchases

All purchases of virtual credits, in-game items, or services are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Credits purchased via PayPal, credit/debit card, or other payment methods.
  • In-game items or services obtained using credits.

 

2. No Chargebacks Allowed

Disputing or reversing a valid payment (chargeback) will result in a permanent ban. Fraudulent activity may lead to further legal or administrative actions.

 

3. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure uptime, occasional maintenance or technical issues may affect access. Such downtime does not qualify for refunds or compensation.

 

4. Donations

Any payments made as donations to support the server are also non-refundable and do not entitle donors to special privileges.

 

5. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the security of their accounts. We are not liable for unauthorized access or purchases made from compromised accounts.
