These servers are long-running and hardcore versions, so please do not complain to admins about rates, drops or other non-bug-related issues. Repeated complaints or violations may result in a permanent ban!
Definitions
- Websites - muonline.global, mueurope.eu, including their subdomains and related resources.
- MuOnline Global / MUEurope - private multiplayer online servers and projects based on the "MU Online" game, operated as part of the same network and administration.
- Project - the MuOnline Global and MUEurope network, including its websites, game servers, accounts, services and related resources.
- User - any individual who uses any of the Websites and/or services provided by the Project.
- MuOnline Team - the administration and operators responsible for the Websites, game servers and services within the Project.
Acceptance of the Terms of Use
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between the MuOnline Team and you, the User. By using any services provided by the Project, visiting or using any of the Websites, or creating an account, you unconditionally accept this Agreement.
The MuOnline Team may update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the current version regularly.
Terms of the Agreement
The MuOnline Team may restrict, suspend or revoke access to any Website, account, game server or service at any time in accordance with these Terms. Violations may result in loss of access and may result in the loss of purchased virtual items, credits or services without compensation.
Terms of Use
The Project is not affiliated with WebZen. MuOnline Global and MUEurope are community-operated, independent private servers based on the "MU Online" game.
All accounts, virtual items, credits, characters and other in-game content are provided within the Project and remain subject to the control of the MuOnline Team.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Websites, game servers and related services is legal in your location. You are responsible for your actions on the Websites, within the game and on any services associated with the Project.
Users must follow all applicable rules, instructions and policies published by the MuOnline Team.
Liability Limitation
The MuOnline Team shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, data loss, account loss, interruption of service or other consequences arising from the use of the Websites, game servers or related services.
Users agree to use the services at their own risk.
Virtual Currency and Services
Purchases of virtual credits, virtual items or other services are available only to users who are legally permitted to make such purchases in their jurisdiction.
Virtual credits, items and services have no monetary value outside of the Project and may not be exchanged for real-world currency unless explicitly permitted by the MuOnline Team.
All virtual items and credits remain under the control of the Project and may be modified, removed or reset when reasonably required for technical, administrative or gameplay reasons.
Intellectual Property Rights
All original content, website materials, graphics, systems, software, branding and other materials created for the Project belong to the MuOnline Team and/or their respective owners.
No intellectual property rights are transferred to the User without explicit written permission.
General Information
The Websites and game servers are intended to be available 24/7, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Donations and purchases are made to support the operation and development of the Project. The game is not a gambling platform.
Agreement Terms
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Websites, create an account, access the game servers or use any services provided by the Project.
These rules apply to all Users of MuOnline Global, MUEurope and related Project services.
Account, Password, and Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account.
Selling, transferring or sharing accounts, as well as selling or transferring in-game assets outside of officially supported systems, is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the MuOnline Team.
Final Provision
This Agreement overrides all previous agreements between the User and the MuOnline Team regarding the use of the Project and its services.
Refund Policy
By purchasing virtual credits, items or services through muonline.global, mueurope.eu or any other official Project website, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy.
1. Non-Refundable Purchases
All purchases of virtual credits, in-game items or services are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Credits purchased via PayPal, credit/debit card or other supported payment methods.
- In-game items or services obtained using credits.
- Other virtual goods or services provided by the Project.
2. No Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid and successfully delivered purchase may result in the permanent suspension or termination of the associated account and access to the Project.
Fraudulent payment activity may result in further legal or administrative action where applicable.
3. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain stable and continuous operation of our services, occasional maintenance, updates, network problems, hardware failures or other technical issues may affect access to the Websites or game servers.
Temporary downtime, maintenance or technical problems do not automatically qualify Users for refunds or compensation, except where required by applicable law.
4. Donations
Payments described as donations or voluntary support for the Project are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Donations do not automatically entitle donors to special privileges unless explicitly stated by the MuOnline Team.
5. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and payment information.
The MuOnline Team is not responsible for unauthorized purchases or account activity resulting from compromised account credentials, shared passwords or User negligence.

This Agreement applies to both MuOnline Global and MUEurope as part of the same Project network.
